I purchased this product after reading many rave reviews on Amazon from happy 'customers' - without exception they all banged on about how terribly easy it is to use and 'even my 94 year old grandad can use it' etc, etc. I therefore decided to purchase it for an 80 year old neighbout - BIG MISTAKE! 'Easy' is certainly not a word I would use to describe this phone - I would go as far as describing it as COMPLICATED and long winded! I am therefore convinced that all the 'reviews' I read were actually fake.
It came with no battery, no charger,limited settings, wish I had not bought it.

Bought as a replacement for a similar model whose virtues were the large numbers and ease of use.The Bluechip BC5i has similar properties.We hope it lasts longer than the previous one which developed a fault in the charger connection.
